Any kind of red meat

Corn (This includes Popcorn, even if the popcorn is low calorie and salt free)

Ingredients you cannot pronounce, ie Processed ingredients

Flour

Pasta

Peas

Carrots

More than 4% daily sodium in one serving

Chocolate

Caffeine (Coffee, black teas)

Potatoes (EXCEPT SWEET POTATO)

Red Meat

Any bread (Except Ezekiel)

White Rice...Brown Rice IS allowed

Artificial colors

Peanuts

Granola

Bacon

Ham
